the outer rear seats are in their guides so
that they cannot be caught up and damaged
in the catches for the backrest. It is also im
portant to remove any other objects from
the rear seats to avoid damaging the back
rest when folding it forwards.
- Please ensure that hard objects do not chafe
against the wires of the heating element in
the rear window and cause damage.

Storage and convenience
Take hold of the luggage compartment cover by
the sides and pull it in the direction of the ar
rows q Fig. 75.

install the luggage compartment cover, fit
the retainers onto the pins and slide the lug
gage compartment cover upwards.
Turn the catch to the vertical position (apply
light pressure only).
