5.7 Creating Sequences

From the Home Page, Click on "Sequence"
You should get a screen as shown below. As discussed in our Terminology section, a
Sequence and Sequence Steps form the building blocks of our triggered animations.
Similar to the Scenes and Presets page, you can double-click to edit the Name or Notes
on the Sequence List, or on the Sequence Steps List.
Also notice the "Save All Sequence Data" button on the top. Just like the Scene and
Preset page, you need to save your edits before turning the power off to the Layout
Lighting Solution.
In this case, we have named the first Sequence "Sequence One" and the notes indicate it
is associated with our Test Scene from the previous steps of creating a Scene.
The next step is to create some "Steps" for the execution of the selected Sequence.
In the screen above, we have Sequence-1 selected, and Sequence Step-1 selected. Each
Sequence Step has a single Action that can be performed, as indicated in the lower
section of the screen. In the above screen capture, the Step Function is "Do Nothing".
Doing nothing is a completely valid thing to do! You can always remove a Sequence Step
by replacing that Step with a "Do Nothing". It is a good idea to leave one "Do Nothing"
Step at the beginning of a Sequence. We will change this "Do Nothing" step later....
