Incorrect mounting of the MES can lead to serious injury or
damage
Improper mounting can result in incorrect position determination
of the AL8000 linear motor and cause serious injury or damage to
the machine.
• Make sure that the AL8200 magentic encoder system has
been correctly mounted according to the manufacturer's spec-
ifications.
► After assembly, check the installed components for good hold
and straight alignment.
► Make sure that the MES does not grind or touch any point along
the travel path.
