The Jandy Pro Series system may have stopped running for the following reasons:
1. Pool Pump is Off: The system will not start until the pool pump is turned on. If the pump is off, the screen may appear blank, which is normal.
2. Low Salt Level: The TrueClear saltwater system requires a salt level of around 3000 parts per million. If the salt level is too low, the system may not operate.
3. Insufficient Water Flow: The system needs a flow rate of 20 gallons per minute. If using a variable speed pump, ensure it is set to at least 1715 RPM to meet the flow requirement.
4. Standby Mode: After installation, the system may start in standby mode and will not operate until the pool pump is running.
Check these factors to determine why the system stopped running.
