Defective PCB30, Digital Sound Engine
Defective PCB35, Amplifier
Defective PCB48, NTC Tweeter
Defective PCB48, NTC Woofer
Defective speaker unit
Disconnect product
from mains, wait 2
minutes and
reconnect to mains
OK?

Use ServiceTool to read out
Error Log.
Replace the suspected module
related to the Error Log

Board temperature - PCB30, Digital Sound Engine
Power Supply temperature - PCB04, Power Supply
Amplifier temperature - PCB35, Amplifier
Connect ServiceTool
and read out product ID.
Confirm all product ID data
is correct.
OK?
Read out the
Replace the
temperature **

related to the high
Seems normal?

Read out the
resistance of the tweeter
temperature of the
(wires disconnected):

Tweeter = 6.3Ω ± 0.6Ω
Seems normal?
Read out the
resistance of the woofer

Woofer = 11.2Ω ± 1.2Ω
Seems normal?
Replace PCB35,
Use ServiceTool to
calibrate the new
Perform an
autocalibration.
Make an
ID Restore.
Type in all product
ID data from the
product label
Measure the DC

calibrate the new
