Use a soft cloth that has been dipped in water
and carefully wrung out to wipe any dirt, such
as paper dust, off of the rollers.

Important:
Do not wipe the rollers with a dry cloth. This
could scratch the surface of the rollers.
Rotate the roller as you wipe off any dirt stuck
to the surface of the roller as shown in the
illustration.

Install the Roller Assembly Kit.
Follow the steps below to install the Roller
Assembly Kit to the printer.
(1) Insert the Roller Assembly Kit onto the shaft
in the orientation shown in the illustration.
(2) As shown in the illustration, raise the roller
lock lever toward you.
Maintenance
(3) Keep the lever in step 2 raised as you raise the
Roller Assembly Kit so that the tips of the
protrusions extend out of the holes in the
Roller Assembly Kit as shown in the
illustration, and then release your finger from
the roller lock lever.
Confirm that the Roller Assembly Kit does
not fall out when you remove your hands.

Put the printer back down flat, and pull out the
interior of the printer until it stops.
