4.2.2 Shutting Down the UPS

To shut down the UPS, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Shut down all loads, and keep the UPS running without loads for about 10 minutes to
dissipate its heat.

4.3 Running UPSs in Parallel

4.3.1 Starting UPSs in Parallel

Do not start loads before switching on the general and branch output breakers.
To start UPSs in parallel, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Check that all parallel-running UPSs have been correctly installed, and then start them by the
steps described in section 4.2.1 "Starting the UPS."
Step 2 Check whether the UPSs work in parallel mode.
Step 3 Set the UPSs to work in parallel mode.
