Before first Use
Carefully unpack and inspect your device. Familiarise yourself with all
its features and functions.
Ensure that the device is in good condition.
Attention: Please note that that battery and charger are not included
with the tool.
Intended Use
The heat gut is designed for the following fields of application:

for removing varnish or oil paint and latex paint, stickers,

for removing ski wax, putty and for loosening rusty or tight nuts and
screws,
-
for melting ice in frozen metal pipes and locks,
-
for shrinking packaging films and shrink-film hoses,
-
for loosening flooring,
-
for deforming plastics,
-
for drying acceleration of paint, varnish, wet or damp substances or
objects before they are further processed,
-
for emphasising the natural grain of wooden surfaces before staining
or vanishing,
-
for torching wooding casings.
Inserting the Battery
To fit a charged battery, slide it completely into the
battery compartment (8) of the device until it clicks
and locks into position.
Make sure the battery and device are lined up cor-
rectly. If the battery does not slide into the tool
easily, do not force it. Instead, slide the battery out
of the tool again, check the top of battery and the
device battery slot are clean and undamaged and
that the contacts are not bent.
