Close cover.
Attention : Print head is high temperature.
1) The top cover is open.
2) The sensor for detecting the open/close status of the top cover is defective.
1) Close the top cover so that it clicks when locked.
2) Contact your technical support.
Out of Paper
Check and load paper properly.
Open the top cover and load media or press the left select button (CLEAR) or
LINE button.
1) The media is not loaded.
2) The media is not loaded correctly.
3) The media sensor level is not set correctly.
4) The media sensor is dirty, or there is a label attached to it.
The media sensor has poor sensitivity.
