WALL INSTALLATION WITH POWER BOX IP66 REF. 1092/708

Identify the camera installation point and proceed as follows:
 Drill holes according to the type of wall (cement, wood, etc.) and the fastening devices used (expansion screws,
etc.).
 Fasten the connection box to the wall making sure that the wire grommets are facing downwards.
Open the Power Box by unscrewing the four screws on the cover corners.

 Insert in the wire grommets all the cables needed for the correct operation of the speed dome. For outdoor
installations, close hermetically the wire grommets, in order to maintain the IP protection grade.
Don't supply the Power Box before the end of the installation.

Connect the RS485 serial line of the keyboard (supplied with the same) to AA BB terminal pins.

Connect the cables of the alarm sensors to the alarm input terminals from the A1 to A8 terminals (for details,

see the specific manual of the 1092/708 Power Box)
Connect the video cable from the video device in use (DVR, monitor, etc.) to the female BNC connector placed

inside the box, taking care to put the rubber sheath for the protection of the metallic parts, in order to avoid that
these ones make electrical contact with internal electronic parts.
Configure the different Power Box dip-switches (for details, see the manual of the Power Box 1092/708).

Close again the Power Box with the screws previously removed to open it.

Pass the connection wire exiting from the Power Box into the bracket itself and lead it out from the opposite

side.
Fix the speed dome bracket to the Power Box (4 screws and 8 washers provided with the Power Box).

Remove the cable supplied with the Dome.

Connect the wire exiting from the bracket to the wire with the Dome connector.

 Fix the glass cupola to the bracket of the dome, screwing the 3 screws located at the ends of the staff (like for
the wall installation in the previous paragraph).

CONNECTION LEAD REQUIREMENTS

The system requires 3 types of cable:
1. The Ethernet cable for the TCP/IP connection must be a Cat. 5 or higher.
2. The power supply cable for Easy Dome camera for connection to the 24 Vac power supply.
3. RS485 lead for distributing commands from the keypad to the speed dome. A twisted, two wire, not shielded lead is
recommended. A 0.64 mm diameter lead is recommended (22AWG).
