CALIBRATION PROCEDURE FOR ISHIDA SR2000
1.
Remove weighing platter. Near the front left side of the scale
cover there will be 2 hexagon shaped screws. Locate the one on
the left side as this one accesses the memory initialization switch.
2.
Remove the left side hex screw with a 5/32" hex wrench.
3.
Re-install the weighing platter.
4.
Turn power on.

Press the MENU button on the touch panel display
6.
Press 4 9 5 3 4 4 PLU and touch the TEST MODE button on the
touch panel. Press the calibration button.

The following screen should appear in the display

Make sure the scale is level and ensure there is nothing touching
the weighing platter. Press the ZERO button to set the zero
setting of the weight platter. Now place the full capacity span
weight on the weighing platter and press SPAN.

- Page 2 Remove the weight from the platter and remove the platter. Using a long thin instrument, insert into the hole where the hex screw was removed in steps 1&2, press until the switch is activated (make sure power is still on). 10.
