PROCEDURE FOR THE WORKING CYCLE
1) Put the product inside the goffer bag. Leave at
least 2 cm between the product and the upper part
of the bag to allow a correct sealing of the bag it-
self.
2) Open the lid and put the open side of the bag in
the vacuum chamber, as per figure:
3) Close the lid pushing on both sides till you hear
a double "click".
4) Choose the proper function according to the
product you are going to pack: FAST/LOW/DRY/
MOIST
NOTE: when humid products are sucked, choose
MOIST and slow program.
PROPER USE OF PULSE VAC
Since pressure during the regular vacuum function
is usually very high, sometimes it happens that
more fragile products get damaged. In this case,
it is possible to use the "PULSE" function to check
the vacuum time and pressure no to squeeze the
delicate objects.
When packing products with a high percentage of

liquids, it is possible to use this function in order
to avoid that the liquid is sucked inside the pump.
1) Put the products to be sealed inside the goffer

machine but are sold separately.
1) Plug the machine in and open the lid.
2) Put the desired product inside the container. Put
the tap on the upper part of the container e close
it using lateral locks. Select "VACUUM" on the tap
valve.
3) Connect the machine and the container by the
proper cable. It is necessary to connect one of the
2 extremities on the tap valve and the other one to
the accessories cavity on the machine.
4) Close the lid and press the side to lock it, the

sides to open the machine and take out the bag.

5) To start with the vacuum cycle, push "Canister"
button.
6) This vacuum machine is conceived to work on
an automatic mode. The machine is equipped with
a vacuum sensor that interrupts the cycle once
the vacuum level is reached inside the canister. To
cancel the sucking process, push again the button
"Canister".
7) Once the process is completed, machine stops
by itself. Select "CLOSE" / "CHIUSO" on the valve
and take the connector off
