WAAS PRN 120-138 are mapped to SV 33 through 51. Only
WAAS PRN 120, 122, 134 have been operational.

Enable: select SVs # 1, 3 and 21.
Don't affect other SVs present selection.

Disable: de-select SVs # 31 and 23.
Don't affect other SVs present selection.
