4.9 Checking the fuel level

When working on the fuel system do not use
open fire, do not smoke, fire hazard!

Close fuel cock (Fig. 38).

Clean the area around the fuel filler cap, re-

move the filler cap (Fig. 39).
Fill in fuel through a funnel with screen.

Screw the filler cap back on.
