Forwarding a Fax message to another mailbox

You can forward a received Fax message to another mailbox and add an
introductory message as a part of the new message. The message appears as
a Fax message in the recipient's mailbox. If you cannot forward a Fax
message, ask your System Coordinator if your mailbox is set up to allow you
to forward Fax messages.
You can also forward a received Fax Message to an external number. For
information, refer to
page 19.
When a Fax message is forwarded, a new cover sheet is added to the original
Fax message, becoming part of the new message. However, if the Fax
message already has a Norstar-generated fax forward cover sheet, it is
replaced by a new fax forward cover sheet. For more information, refer to
"Fax forward cover page"
To forward a Fax message to another mailbox:
