1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 Description Your All American Scoreboard has been carefully inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Consignee will be invoiced and then should file a claim with the carrier to recover charges. To file your claim follow this procedure: (A) Cost of replacement parts or repair charges are invoiced to the carrier by the consignee. 3.3 Remote Radio Learning Each remote has an ID which is set at All American Scoreboards headquarters. If the Remote ID needs to be changed, please call technical support. The remote should display the ID on a label in the battery compartment.
3.4 Changing Remote ID The remote ID is set at All American Scoreboards Headquarters and will likely never need to be changed. It is possible, however, that 2 boards will be sent to the same location with the same ID set in the remote. In such a case, to avoid communication issues, the ID number must be changed on one of the remotes.

3.8 Setting up the Portable Stand The portable stand is stored in the back of the scoreboard (see parts list, item 8). To remove stand, squeeze wire stand together and pull out of storage area. Insert the ends of the wire stand into the two holes located just below the handle in the backside, top and center of the scoreboard.
4. MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING 4.1 Introduction This section gives maintenance and troubleshooting information. Included are troubleshooting guides for typical scoreboard malfunctions. If the cause of a problem cannot be determined, please contact the customer service department. 4.2 Test Equipment A simple analog or digital voltmeter will be sufficient for all user repairable problems. Printed circuit boards requiring troubleshooting should be returned to the factory.
