Requirements
– You have read chapter "Safety" on page
EN-3 and understand all the safety notices.
– The exhaust hood is assembled as descri-
bed in chapter page EN-12.
Activated charcoal filter
• When using the appliance for air circula-
tion, only do so with activated charcoal
filters inserted.
• If neighbours complain about odours, it
may be a good idea to insert activated ch-
arcoal filters for exhaust air operation, too.

chapter "Activated charcoal filter" on page
EN-16.
• To insert see "Inserting/replacing activated
charcoal filters" on page EN-18.
Fan
The fan has three settings:

• In order to set the desired fan setting, press
the appropriate button: (13), (14) or (15).
It will light up.
• To switch the fan off, press the (12) button.
Lighting
Your exhaust hood is equipped with two LED
lights. The lighting can be switched on or off
independently of the fans.

Energy saving tips
– Only switch on the fan when needed; other-
wise, energy will be wasted.
– Let the fan run as long as cooking fumes
– The fan is not needed when cooking only
– Ensure that there is enough supply air;
otherwise, the exhaust hood may not functi-
