The rmon history command is executed in the Global Configuration

no rmon history
The no rmon history deletes RMON history table entries. When the
variable is omitted, all entries in the table are cleared.
The syntax for the no rmon history command is:
no rmon history [<1-65535>]
Substitute <1-65535> above with the unique ID of the history entry.

rmon stats
The rmon stats command configures RMON statistics settings.
