Configuring RMON with the Java Device Manager 117
Action
Open the Alarms screen by selecting Serviceability > RMON >
Alarms from the menu. This screen is illustrated below.
Select the Events tab.
Click Insert. The Insert Events screen opens. This screen is
illustrated below.

In the Description field, type a name for the event.
Select the type of event in the Type field.
Enter the community information in the Community field.
Enter the owner information in the Owner field.
Click Insert.
Action
Open the Alarms screen by selecting Serviceability > RMON >
Alarms from the menu.
Select the Events tab.
Select an event from the list.
Click Delete.
