The installation instructions for the ABSCO SHEDS J30152S shed include the following key steps and safety recommendations:
1. Anchoring: Anchors are not supplied. The shed must be securely anchored to a solid foundation immediately after construction.
2. Safety Precautions: - Wear gloves when handling parts with sharp edges. - Use safety glasses if drilling holes. - Wear sensible footwear. - Do not erect the shed in windy conditions. - It is recommended to assemble the shed with two or more people.
3. Tools Required: - Normal 18", 5/32", and 25/64" tools (specific tool types not detailed). - Optional masonry tool: 25/64".
4. Assembly System: - The shed uses a Snap-Tite assembly system. - Perimeter channels lock to roof and wall sheets without tools or fasteners. - To pre-assemble wall and roof panels, perimeter channels are snapped to the top and bottom of each panel. - Channels must be flush with sheet edges—adjust by tapping the channel along the sheet.
5. Assembly Process: - Position sheets on timbers, trestles, or partly over a concrete slab for ease of assembly. - Use a single screw at specific joining points as marked, even if channel sections have extra holes.
These steps should be followed in the order provided, following the Snap-Tite system and using the proper safety measures.
