These instructions are designed to help you, the customer; get your new TR3 Command Series off the delivery pallet and into use. Once you have put your TR3 Command Series to work, if you have any questions, please feel free to call and talk with our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Department. -
Page 3: Operational Safety Rules
Please exercise caution at all times when setting up, operating, or performing maintenance on the TR3 Command Series. Remember, any piece of equipment like the TR3 Command Series can cause injury/damage if operated improperly or if the user does not understand how to operate the equipment. - Page 4 Attaching and Setting up the TR3 Rake: Step 1 – Attach the tractor to the lower arms indicated by arrow #1 in the picture. There are two connecting holes on the TR3 for the bottom arms of the tractor to attach to. If the TR3 is connected to the bottom holes, then make sure to connect the Top Link in the bottom holes on the mast shown by the arrow labeled #2.
- Page 5 Step 3 – Make sure the Stabilizing wheels are mounted in the middle hole on the tire mounting bracket. This can be adjusted later if needed. For now make sure the tire is mounted in the center hole. Step 4 – Connect the hydraulic lines to the Tractor, making sure that the fittings are fully secured before proceeding.
- Page 6 Setting up the TR3 for Operations with Hydraulic Scarifiers – Step 1 – Take the TR3 to the area that the tool will be used. Lower the TR3 down until the wheels rest on the ground fully, with the scarifiers raised. Before making any other adjustments, make sure the leveling blade and the finish rake are both touching the ground at the same time.

Hydraulic Top Link Option: The Tractor must have multiple hydraulic ports available in order to use the optional Hydraulic Top Link option for the TR3! Some Tractor models may require an extender in order to use the Hydraulic Top Link properly.
