3. Select the applicable position for the operation and
tighten the lock knob. The bottom hole increases the
grinding pressure and the height of the handlebar.
The top hole decreases the grinding pressure and
the handlebar.

Diamond tools
There are many types of diamond tools for the product.
Speak to your approved service center or go to
www.husqvarnacp.com to select correct diamond tool.
Installation of the diamond tools
The installation of the diamond tools on the tool plate
has effect on the performance of the product. The
diamond tool type together with the number of segments
on the diamond tool is important.
Use metal bond diamond tools with 2 segments for
usual grind operations, to make the surface level or light
removal.
Use metal bond diamond tools with 1 diamond segment
to increase the diamond tool pressure. This installation
is for heavy removal with much force.
For the heaviest removal, we recommend to use tools
that only run in one direction with PCD diamond tops.

Redi Lock holder disc when you remove surface or
usual concrete.

• Use Redi Lock holder disc to attach metal bonded
diamond tools.

• A Redi Lock holder disc with half set.
• Grinding head with half set on the 3 grinding discs.

• Use resin holder disc to attach plastic bonded
diamond tools.
