You can Update the Software via the Internet. Be sure
that you have completed the Network configuration
beforehand.

Select "Network Update", using
[ K / L ], then press [ OK ].
• If the latest version of the Software is found, a
confirmation message which prompts you to
Update will appear.
If no Update is available, press [ OK ] to finish.

Select "Yes" using [ K / L ], then press
[ OK ].
• Software Update will Start.

The unit will restart automatically
twice, then Software Update will
finish.
Note(s)
• In order to Update the Software via the Internet,
you must connect the unit to the Internet and set up
necessary settings.
• For the Network setup, refer to 'Connection to the
Network' on page 18.
• For the Network Connection, refer to 'Network
Settings' on page 43.
• Software Update will not change any of the current
settings.

Automatic Check

You can set the unit to automatically check for the
latest version of Software when unit is connected to
the Internet. If a later version is found on the Internet
server, you will be prompted to Update the unit.

Select "Automatic Check", then press
[ OK ].

Select "On", then press [ OK ].
• Press [ (EXIT) ] to Exit.
Disc Update
You can Update the Software by using a disc.
Prepare a blank disc.

Access the URL: sanyo-av.com, then
download the latest Software to disc
using a PC by following the directions
described on the website.
• Use a blank disc, download on Software per
disc. Write the Software in the root directory of
the disc
• For more details on how to download the
Software, please refer to the website.

Insert the disc and press [ DVD ].
• After loading disc, confirmation message will
appear.

Select "Yes", then press [ OK ].
• Software Update will Start.

The unit will restart automatically
twice, then Software Update will
finish.
Note(s)
• The available discs for Software Update are below:
– DVD-RW/-R
– CD-RW/-R
• Software Update will not change any of the current
settings.
Caution
• Please DO NOT Unplug the AC Power cord,
LAN Cable, Wireless Modem / Router or press
[ Q (STANDBY/ON) ] button to turn the Unit into
Standby mode while performing "USB Update" or
"Disc Update" or "Network Update".
