The screen is refreshed and parameters become read-only (indicated by
being grayed). The Stop Trunk button appears at the bottom of the
screen.
To enable the BRI port's B-channels, perform these steps:
1 Open the Trunk Group Table screen (Protocol Management > Trunk
Group).

2 From the Module drop-down list, select the BRI module.
3 From the From/To Trunk drop-down lists, select the numbers of the trunks
that you want to enable.
4 In the Channels field, enter 1-2 to enable both B-channels.
5 In the adjacent Phone Number field, enter the starting phone number
(these are virtual numbers, used only to define enabled B-channels).
6 In the Trunk Group ID field, enter the trunk group ID (1-99) assigned to
the channels. The Trunk group ID is used to define a group of common
behavior channels that are used for routing IP to Tel calls. If an IP to Tel
call is assigned to a trunk group, the call is routed to the channel or
channels that correspond to the trunk group ID.
7 Click the Submit button; the Trunk Group Table table is automatically
updated.
Alternatively, the settings for the 5 values of the Protocol Type parameter
can be made using the ini file as shown in
