Trouble shooting
THE UNIT DOES NOT OPERATE:
• Is the unit plugged in?
• Is the water tank indicator light on?
• Is the room temperature above 35°C or below 5°C?
• Ensure the plug and socket are connected well.
• Drain the water in the tank and place tank back in unit.
• If the room temperature is too high or low, the device will stop.
THE DEHUMIDIFYING FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK:
• Is the filter blocked?
• Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
• Ensure the filter screen is clean
• Remove any obstructions from the outlets
THE FAN WON'T WORK:
• Is the filter plugged?
• Ensure the filter screen is clean.
THE UNIT IS TOO NOISY:
• Is the unit tilted?
• Is the filter blocked?
• Ensure the unit is on a strong, flat surface.
• Ensure the filter screen is clean.
ERROR CODES:
• E1 - Coil sensor short circuit or open circuit.
• Check whether the line is loose or replace the coil sensor.
