Functions
Defrost Function
• When the device is defrosting, the compressor will switch off. The fan will be on high
speed, and the DEFROST indicator light will turn on (DEF).
• When the room temperature is less than or equal to 16°C, the temperature of the coil is
not detected. If the room temperature is below 5°C, the controls will stop. If the room
temperature is between 5-12°C, the compressor will run for 30 minutes and the defrost
function will stop for 10 minutes. When the room temperature is between 12-16°C, the
compressor will run for 45 minutes and the defrost function will stop for 10 minutes.
• When the room temperature is above 16°C, the temperature of the coil is detected after
30 minutes of the compressor running. If the temperature of the coil is less than 1°C,
the defrost function will stop for 10 minutes.
Compressor Delay Protection
• When the device is switched on, the compressor will start immediately.
• When shut down, the compressor will take around 3 minutes to start up again once
switched back on. This allows the compressor time to cool down.
WiFi Function
• Press the WiFi button for 5 seconds to allow the device to begin connecting to WiFi.
• If the WiFi indicator light is extinguished, this means the device did not succesfully
connect to WiFi.
• If the WiFi indicator light switches on and stays on, this means the device has succesfully
connected to WiFi.
