Directly beneath the grounding point, you will see the international symbol for earth ground –
on the body of the switch.
a. Attach mm ring lug to the 6 AWG ground wire.
b. Secure the ring lug with a 5mm hex socket and tighten.
c. Gently tug the ground wire to make sure it is fastened securely.
4. Connect the other end of the wire to a known reliable earth ground point at your site.
When you have connected the ground wire, connect the power supply to the power source using the
provided DC power input cable. Follow the instructions in
Source Voltage.
Connect a 1600 W DC Power Supply to the Source Voltage
The DC power connection at your facility must be made by a qualified electrician, following these
instructions.
Warning
Always make sure that the DC circuit is de-energized before connecting or disconnecting the
DC power cables on the DC power supply.
