Dtmf Tone Transmission - NEC DT 2000 Owner's Manual

To Change the Network:
1) Press FCN + 5.
2) Press 5.
3) Press MEM to select between NAM 1 and NAM 2.
Note: If only one NAM has been programmed and you
press the MEM key, an alarm tone will sound and the
display will show NAM-1.
4) Press CLR to activate the NAM. Phone will power cycle.

DTMF TONE TRANSMISSION

When end-to-end is "ON" you can transmit numerical
information as a series of tones using the DTMF tone feature
(for example, to check for messages in your answering
machine). To set end-to-end "ON" or "OFF":
1) Press FCN + 6.
