Mode 6 - Universal Receiver

Introduction

In this mode the Module can connect any wired control unit to
compatible 868MHz transmitters.
During installation you must teach the Module the identity of
each of the transmitters. The Module can support up to eight
individual transmitters.
A PIR or door contact will occupy two channels each, while a
telecommand will occupy four channels. In mode 6 the Module
has a maximum capacity of eight channels.
The Module maps the transmitters to two of the relay outputs.
Transmitters 1 to 4 map to output 1 and transmitters 5 to 8 map
to output 2. The Module uses outputs 3 and 4 to signal detector
tamper and trouble conditions (for example low detector bat-
tery).
The control unit can use the two Module inputs to signal armed
state and walk test.
Figure 15.

Operation:

When a user sets the control unit, the control unit output signals
the Module to enter the armed state. If an intruder activates a
radio detector then the Module signals the alarm control unit
using one of the wired outputs. The control unit goes into alarm;
its output keeps the Module in the armed state.
When a user silences the bells the control unit output disarms the
Module, and the Module display indicates the first zone to alarm
and any subsequent zones that were triggered.
