Die Flexions- sowie die Redressionslimitierung erfolgt mittels der Anschlag- schraube. In einem zweiten Schritt kann der eingestellte Wert durch die Feinjustierung um bis zu 15° reduziert werden. Dies ermöglicht die stufenlose Einstellung des Redressionsbereichs.

Einstellung der Feinjustierung bei Ellbogenschienen Flexion L/L, M/M ® Mit der Feinjustierung haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Flexionslimitierung stufenlos einzustellen. Stellen Sie die Feinjustierung auf einen Wert von 0 bis -15 ein. Der eingestellte Wert reduziert die mittels der Anschlagschraube bereits eingestellte Limitierung.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Drehpunkt des Schienengelenks mit dem physiologischen Ellbogengelenkdrehpunkt übereinstimmt. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die Gelenkstangen durch Schränken an die Armkontur des Patienten anzupassen.

Gurtlängen anpassen und nach Bedarf einstellen Stellen Sie die Gurte auf die gewünschte Länge ein und kürzen Sie sie bei Bedarf an dem Gurtende, an dem sich das doppelseitige Klettstück befindet. Schließen Sie zuerst den schmalen Oberarmgurt für den ersten Halt. Schließen Sie den gelenksnahen Unterarmgurt.

    Gebrauchsanweisung 2.3.5. Federspannung aktivieren Stellen Sie zum Aktivieren der Federspannung den Schalter auf „on“. Bringen Sie die Schiene in Extension, bis Sie einen leichten Widerstand spüren. Überwinden Sie diesen, um die Federkraft zu aktivieren. Durch Aktivieren bzw. Deaktivieren der Federspannung wird die Stärke der Federspannung nicht verändert.

Durch das Sichtfenster am CDS Gehäuse wird die eingestellte Federkraft ® durch eine Skala von 0 bis 15 angezeigt. Die Bereiche über 15 sowie unter 0 sind rot markiert.

Stellen Sie dazu den Schalter auf „off“. Bringen Sie die Schiene in Extension. Lösen Sie zum Ablegen zunächst den breiten, elastischen Oberarmgurt. Lösen Sie dann die restlichen Gurte durch Öffnen der Clipverschlüsse und fädeln Sie die Gurte nicht aus.

    Gebrauchsanweisung 3.2. Anlegen der Schiene Legen Sie die Schiene von unten an Ihrem Arm an. Schließen Sie zuerst den schmalen Oberarmgurt für den ersten Halt. Schließen Sie den gelenksnahen Unterarmgurt. Schließen Sie den gelenksfernen Unterarmgurt. Schließen Sie den breiten, elastischen Oberarmgurt. Bei den Größen XS/XS und Bambini erfolgt das Öffnen und Schließen über die Gurte.

Um über den Behandlungszeitraum eine einwandfreie Funktionsweise zu gewährleisten, ist die Orthese regelmäßig (mindestens Handwäsche 30°C alle 3 Monate) oder bei Bedarf nach den folgenden Anweisungen zu reinigen. 4.1.
