Note: The orientation setting in your application print dialog box may override the orientation options
in the print driver.
• For Macintosh, Orientation options are in the Print window for Preview.
The following options are available:
• P P o o r r t t r r a a i i t t : Orients the paper so that the text and images print across the short dimension of the paper.
• L L a a n n d d s s c c a a p p e e : Orients the paper so that the text and images print across the long dimension of the paper.
• R R o o t t a a t t e e d d L L a a n n d d s s c c a a p p e e : Orients the paper so that the content is rotated 180 degrees and with the long bottom
side up.
Note: For Macintosh, to print portrait text and images in landscape orientation, clear the Auto Rotate check
box.

You can select to be notified when your job finishes printing. A message appears on your computer screen with the
name of the job and the name of the printer where it was printed.
Note: This feature is only available on a Windows computer printing to a network printer.
To select job completion notification from the Advanced tab:
1. Click N N o o t t i i f f i i c c a a t t i i o o n n s s .
2. Click N N o o t t i i f f y y f f o o r r C C o o m m p p l l e e t t e e d d J J o o b b s s , then select an option.
• E E n n a a b b l l e e d d : This option turns on notifications.
• D D i i s s a a b b l l e e d d : This option turns off the Notification feature.
3. Click O O K K .
