Occupant safety
Make sure you observe the following information:
Never fit a rearward-facing child restraint sys-

tem to the front passenger seat
Always fit a rearward-facing child restraint sys-

tem to a suitable rear seat
Observe the overview on suitability of

NEVER use a rearward-facing child

restraint system on a seat with an ENA-
BLED FRONT AIRBAG. This can result in
the DEATH of or SERIOUS INJURY to the
CHILD.
Observe the specific instructions for the rear-
ward-facing and forward-facing child restraint sys-
tems (
page 71).
