3.4.2.1 HLS Protocol
This module either provide HLS streaming as server with limited connections or have
the ability to upload segmented stream to another HLS streaming server.

Description
Set the target segment length in seconds. Default value is 10. Seg-
ment will be cut on the next key frame after this time has passed.
MPEG-2 TS
Output segment files in MPEG-2 Transport Stream format. This is
compatible with all HLS versions.
fMP4
Output segment files in fragmented MP4 format, similar to MPEG-
DASH. fmp4 files may be used in HLS version 7 and above.
