Troubleshooting
Occasionally, your IF-300 may encounter a problem when transmitting or receiving documents.
If this occurs, you may identify the problem using the LCD messages, printed check messages, and error reports
explained below.

Mail transmission error report

Message
Check settings.
Cannot locate mail server.
No response from mail server.
Check mail address.
Send again.
Mail Transmission Error.

Mail reception error report

Message
Check settings.
Cannot locate mail server.
No response from mail server.
Authentication failed.
Receive again.
Mail Reception Error.

Other error report

Message
No Network Connection.
Use AC Adapter for IFAX Option.
No New Mail

Check SMTP server.
Check designated mail address.
