MultiFRAD 100-Series User Guide
• Ensure that Adhere to CIR + Be check box in the throughput Mode category is selected. Multi-
Tech recommends this setting initially.
• Ensure that Throttle Up and Down in the Congestion Management category is selected.
• Click on the Management type supported by the Frame Relay network. The network
management type is supplied by your service provider at subscription time.
When you have completed your Frame Relay DLCI setup, click OK.
13. The Checking MultiFRAD dialog box is displayed.
Click OK to start the download process.
14. The Writing Setup screen is displayed as the configuration is written to the MultiFRAD. This will
take a few seconds.
15. After the setup is written to the MultiFRAD, the Rebooting screen is displayed. The software will
wait until the unit has fully rebooted.
16. Win98/95/NT users - you are returned to your MultiFRAD 111A folder which will be visible on
your desktop.
Win3.1 users - you are returned to your Program Manager where the MultiFRAD Program Group
and Program Item (Windows icons) have been created.
Your MultiFRAD is operational at this time.
