3. Limited Warranty

Your MPIO CL100 is covered by an digitalway,Inc. Limited Warranty. This
product is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for 1year from
the date of purchase. If the product fails or malfunctions due to a manu-
facturing defect during the warranty period, a refurbished unit of the same
make and model or its current equivalent will be provided free of charge.
Warning
: Changes or modifications to this product not expressly approved by
digitalway. Inc will void the warranty.
* Damage resulting from an Act of God.
Not covered
: The following are not covered by this Limited Warranty
* Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
* Damage from use outside the product's usage parameters.
* Damage from modification or incorporation of other products.
* Damage from repair or replacement of warranted parts by parties
other than digitalway authorized service provider.
* Damage to or loss of any programs or data.
* Damage resulting from an Act of God.
