    Formatting You can format HD400 from a Windows PC using MPIO Utility. Turn on the device and connect the device to the computer with the 24PIN USB Multi-Cable. 2 Double-click MPIO Utility icon in your desktop. 3 Click the Format & Config button. 4 Click the OK button.
  • Page 84  The captured screens of MPIO Utility may vary for the user’s PC environment.  MPIO Utility does not support Macintosh. Therefore, MPIO Utility cannot be used in Macintosh.  For information regarding MPIO Utility installation, refer to [Installing the software] on page 63.

    Troubleshooting Player does not turn on.  If the player is completely discharged, use the 24PIN USB Multi-Cable to recharge.  It takes about 4 hours to complete recharging. Cannot download from PC.  If the player is set to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol), you must have Windows Media Player 10 or later installed in a Windows XP environment.
