When plugged onto the module rack, connect the device to
the internal power supply and the data communication of the
module rack. A standard SUB-D connector is provided on the
module rack for connection to the fieldbus.
Commissioning
Switching on the power supply on the module rack immedi-
ately switches on the fitted device.
Operation
The device can be fitted in or removed from the module rack
during operation if a potentially explosive atmosphere is not
present.
