In addition to the general-purpose flow metering, the MFHD series can be applied for utility gas metering that is designed and manufactured with Siargo’s proprietary MEMS (micro-electro- mechanical systems) thermal (D-thermal) sensing technology. The products offer mass flow metering for gases with large dynamic ranges while having a low-pressure drop. -
