Pair with mobile
- Long press the button in the scanner to make the LED (Green indicator will light) light up, then you can hear "beep" with vibration.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of mobile and the APP respectively.
Device Name: HPRT SCANNER
Click the device name to make a paired connection.
After connected successfully, the scanner will make a "beep" and LED light up (Blue indicator), then it will enter into the setting interface.
- It means the scanner has been connected successfully by completing the above the steps.
Test if the scanner can be used: enter the setting interface of the APP, then scan the barcode with the scanner to check the receiving function. If it can receive data that means the pair is successfully; if not, re-pair according to steps 1 and 2.
- Wireless transmission at a visible distance of 10 meters outdoors
- Support Win 8.1 or above, Win 10, Android device and iOS device.

Power ON / OFF
- Power on: In the power off status, long press the button for 2 seconds, it will make a long beep and vibration that means the scanner is power on.
- Power off: In the power on status, long press the button for 2 seconds, it will make a long beep and vibration that means the scanner is power off.
Note: the scanner will be shut down automatically if it is not used for more than 10 minutes.
Support with APP
- Sound Setting: set the sound ON and OFF with the APP.
- LED Setting: set the lights on, flash and lights off for Bluetooth indicator by the light button.
- CRLF Setting: this setting can be used to add a carriage return line feed or cancel carriage return line feed at the end of the scan data. This setting supports power-off save.
- Caps Lock Setting: with this setting, the English alphabet can be set to remain as it is or converted to caps lock. This setting supports power-off save.
- Continuous Scanning Mode: with this setting, the scanner can be set to ON and OFF by continuous scanning mode. When the continuous mode is turned on, press the button to scan code. After the scan is successful, the scanning light will be turned on automatically and continue to scan the next barcode. You don't need to manually press the button, unless it is automatically turned off without scanning the code for more than 10 seconds, then press the button again to start scanning.
- Working Mode Setting: with this setting, the working mode of the scanner can be set to HID or GATT. After setting, the scanner will automatically shut down. When reconnecting, you need to delete the device of Bluetooth to reconnect.
- Restore Factory Settings: After the restore factory be set, the working mode will be automatically set to HID mode. (If the original is GATT mode, the scanner will be shut down. When reconnecting, you need to delete the device of Bluetooth to reconnect). It will set the characters remain as it is and the sound is set to ON automatically.
- Switch Working Mode: when the scanner is not connect to Bluetooth, scan the corresponding barcode can be switched to the corresponding working mode. But you need to delete the device name in system Bluetooth to reconnect the scanner.

Problems
- The Bluetooth scanner can not be connected to Android device?
Please make sure that the Android system support for BT, and its recommended to use 5.0 or above.
- After being paired, the barcode can not be upload to device?
Please confirm the working mode of the scanner. If it is in GATT mode, it needs to receive data in APP. If it is in HID mode, barcode data can be output as long as the input method can be input.
- The device can not search the scanner?
- Make sure is power on.
- Make sure the mobile version meets the requirement.
- Confirm if the Bluetooth of the scanner is connected (the blue light is on), if connected, you need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection from the connected device and rescan.
- How to connect to the mobile again if the Bluetooth scanner has been connected to mobile?
Open the Bluetooth searching interface of the APP to connect to the corresponding Bluetooth device.
- If the data received in HID mode is different from the original data?
Confirm the current input method is an English keyboard, and turn off the English word mode, the English association and the initial capitalization mode (depending on the different input methods). If not, download the Sogou input method and turn off the above mode before using the scanner.
