1.
Facing away from door frame, grip foam handles with palms facing away
from body.
2.
Keeping arms straight and feet together, engage core and lift legs to L-sit
position.
3.
From L-sit position, twist core and slide legs to one side of body.
4.
Slide legs to opposite side of body.
5.
Smoothly lower legs back to starting position.
