  • Page 3 STEP 3 STEP 4 With balance trainer ball upside Step down on air pump to Inflate at down, locate inflation hole in center desired level. Recommended inflation of the base. Insert nozzle tip of hose height is 8.5 to 10 inches.
  • Page 4 STEP UPS Place balance trainer ball side up. Facing balance trainer, step up on ball one foot at a time. When both feet are on ball, step down to ground one foot at a time. Repeat for 30 seconds or until muscles warm up.
  • Page 5 SQUAT Place balance trainer ball side up. Place both feet, slightly apart, on balance trainer in a stable position. Squat down keeping your core engaged. Place hands on hips or out in front of you for balance. Stand up and repeat 10-15 times.

    BICEP CURLS Place balance trainer ball side up and clip resistance bands on either side of the balance trainer. With resistance bands in hand, stand on balance trainer with both feet, slightly apart. Hold your arms by your side and slightly bend your elbows so your hands are waist level.
  • Page 7 CRUNCHES Place balance trainer ball side up. Sit on the center of the balance trainer with your legs lifted and extended in front of you. Place your hands behind your head. Pull your legs into your chest while keeping them off the ground and lift your upper body to meet your legs.
  • Page 8 LATERAL RAISES Place balance trainer ball side up and clip resistance bands on either side of balance trainer. With resistance bands in hand, stand on balance trainer with both feet, slightly apart. Slightly bend your knees and extend arms out to the side.
  • Page 9 SHOULDER PRESSES Place balance trainer ball side up and clip resistance bands on either side of balance trainer. Stand on center of balance trainer with feet slightly apart. Grip resistance bands with palms facing forward and bands falling behind your arms.
  • Page 10 Place balance trainer ball side up and clip resistance bands on either side of balance trainer. Sit leg distance away from the balance trainer. The bottom of your feet should be on the side of the balance trainer. Hold your resistance bands by your side with your arms in a 90-degree angle.
