System Controller - Install / Remove

The System Controller may be removed or installed while the system is operating without
interrupting power delivered to the load.
Install System Controller (Refer to Figure 16):
1. Insert the System Controller into the leftmost shelf position.
2. Push lightly on the front of the module until it is against face of the shelf.
3. Tighten retaining screw.
4. When installation is complete, the controller will reinitialize as described in steps 6, 7, and 8 of the Operational
Checkout Routine found in the Shelf Turn On and Operational Checkout section.
Loosen/tighten retaining
Remove System Controller (Refer to Figure 16:
1. Loosen retaining screw.
2. Slowly remove System Controller module from the shelf until it is ¾ of the way out.
3. Protect System Controller with static sensitive protective material.
Note: Removing the controller will not interrupt the operation of the system.
