To connect the Calibrator to a DUT:
1. If the Calibrator is turned on, push R to remove the output from the Calibrator terminals.
2. Make the connections to the DUT by selecting the appropriate figure from Table
capacitance outputs, null out stray capacitance by connecting the test leads to the DUT, routing
them (but not connecting) to the Calibrator on a non-conductive surface. Null out the reading on the
DUT using rel, offset, or null, whichever method applies, and then connect the test leads to the
Calibrator.
