4.2. Installation of SX42 sensors

SX42 threaded models are installed by screw-in (ISO 7/1-R 1" or 1" NPT), and the SX42 flanged
models by using the pre-mounted flange (DN50 PN63, DN50 PN40 or ANSI 2" 600 lbs).

4.4. Wiring SX42 sensors

The SX42 threaded models are provided with a fixed connector. The standard cable used to
connect these sensors to the analyser is the WU40. This cable is available up to 25 meters. When
a longer cable run is necessary (maximum cable run is 60 meters), this can be done by using
the WF10 extension cable in combination with the BA10 connection box. The connection of the
WU40 cable and WF10 cable to the Yokogawa Contact Conductivity analyser are given in table 5.
