  • Page 2 The A920 Device A920 DEVICE is a card payment machine with a specially designed RBL APP for taking quick card donations. Simply select the desired donation amount and then the donor can choose to pay by CONTACTLESS, CHIP & PIN MAGNETIC STRIPE.

    Turning Your Device On/Off POWER BUTTON is located on the RIGHT SIDE of the device. Hold the button down to turn the device on. To turn it off, hold down the power button to display 4 options. Press POWER OFF and then POWER OFF again...
  • Page 4 Logging In When you turn the device on you see the SPLASH SCREEN and will automatically be logged into the device. If you are not automatically given the SPLASH SCREEN, select the option on the DEVICE HOME SCREEN.
  • Page 5 Accepting Donations The device is preconfigured with 4 fixed donations of £2, £5, £10 & £20 with the additional option of choosing another amount. The donor simply selects and presses the desired donation amount and can then choose to pay by CONTACTLESS, CHIP &...
  • Page 6 Choosing Donation Amounts To choose another donation amount, select CHOOSE AMOUNT from the screen. You can then manually enter the desired donation amount. Donations can be made in both pounds and pence, e.g. £2.50. The chosen donation amount will then be displayed for the donor to confirm or reset if they wish to change it.
  • Page 7 Accepting Larger Amounts If a donor would like to give more than the contactless limit of £45, they simply enter their desired amount in the CHOOSE AMOUNT screen. The device will automatically register it as a CHIP & PIN payment and the donor will be prompted to insert their card.

  • Page 11 Transaction Summary Select TRANSACTION SUMMARY from the ADMIN MENU. See how many TRANSACTIONS and the TOTAL RAISED on the device on any given date. TRANSACTION SUMMARY is only be available if the device is ONLINE. Your TRANSACTIONS are updated periodically. Check the LAST DONATION timestamp for the date and time of the last transaction uploaded.

  • Page 13 Notifications Message NOTIFICATIONS may be sent to your device which will pop-up as a separate screen. Simply press DISMISS once you’ve read the message to return to the screen you were on. NOTIFICATIONS will only be received if the device is ONLINE.

  • Page 17 Uploading Stored Transactions Make sure to find a location with a strong mobile signal before you upload. On the PAYMENTS MENU, tap the ADMIN MENU tab. Tap on SUBMIT TRANSACTIONS from the admin options to upload your stored transactions.
  • Page 18 Navigating Back To The App If you have exited the RBL APP to upload stored transactions you will need to navigate back to to continue accepting donations. To do this, tap on the BURGER MENU in the top right corner and select EXIT from the menu.
