Resetting the alarm that has occurred in the IAI controller
When an alarm code is stored in D62 or D162, the alarm that has occurred in the IAI controller is reset by M+IAIMonitoring_F
(Operation monitor) by turning on i_bAlmReset (Alarm reset).
