IAI controller monitoring
By turning on i_bEN (Execution command), the status of the IAI controller is monitored by M+IAIMonitoring_F (Operation
monitoring).
When o_bMonitorOK (Monitoring status) is on, the monitoring table information of the IAI controller is stored in
o_stMonitoringTable (Monitoring table).
