GUARANTEE
The machines are covered by warranty as provided for in the general sales conditions. If during the warranty period
malfunctions or defects were to occur in parts of the machine, which fall within the cases indicated by the guarantee, the
Manufacturer, after suitable checks, will see to the repair or replacement of the defective parts.
These parts, in any case must be delivered to the manufacturer at the expense of the purchaser. Expenses for disassembly of
the parts to be repaired or replaced are to be paid by the purchaser. These parts are supplied Ex Works at the Manufacturer or
Reseller facility.
The warranty expires if the malfunctions reported have originated from improper conduct and operations not in compliance
with the indications contained in this manual, caused by the purchaser, his employees, third parties or by improper use of the
machinery.
It should be recalled that any changes to devices or safety systems and any procedure different from ordinary and extraordinary
maintenance, performed on the machine without explicit written authorisation from the manufacturer, are cause for
cancellation of the warranty and relieve the manufacturer of all liability for damages caused by a defective product.
The verification of the proper operation of the machine pursuant to the machinery specifications is the responsibility of the
purchaser.
For all of these reasons we suggest that our clients always contact our Service Centres.
For all components not manufactured by the Seller only the guarantee conditions of the individual manufacturers are valid.
With the repair or replacement of any defective parts the seller's obligations are to be considered fulfilled,
therefore remaining completely exonerated from any damage claim request.

AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CLIENT
For machines on which more than one cutting plate is anticipated, installation of the same is to be performed by the user,
carefully following the instructions annexed to this accessory.
