3.3.2. Cleaning with cleaning station
● Solvent steam is produced during head cleaning. If you have no choice but to touch the print
head or head cleaning unit during head cleaning, be sure to remove static electricity from your
body before the operation.
● See "Safety Precautions" in this basic operation manual for detailed precautions.
● When stopping the head cleaning and removing the print head, wear protective gloves and
goggles and prepare wiping paper. The print head may not be dried enough.
● Do not insert any other item than the print head of the target unit. Otherwise, it may cause an
unexpected failure or malfunction.
● When the unit is operated for the first time or the head cleaning function is not used for several
days (four or more days), the volume of makeup used for head cleaning may change to fill the
piping.
● Do not remove the print head until the cleaning is complete. Otherwise, the makeup may
splash or high-concentration solvent steam may remain inside.
